The progressive core: weight and atmosphere
The bulk of the release orbits around progressive house, and it delivers some of the set's most compelling moments. DJ Kimo (EGY) opens with Dreamline, seven minutes in E minor that build tension with clinical patience; the 123 BPM groove never rushes, letting the synthesisers breathe. ARTH delivers Bass & Keys, one of the absolute highlights: the interplay between organic basslines and intimate piano lines is genuinely moving at 126 BPM. XLR8 closes the progressive block with Illusory — eight minutes of structural architecture in C major that alone justify the weight of the tracklist.
Melodic House & Techno: the modern backbone
The genre most represented alongside progressive house contributes some high-watermark pieces. After Sunrise signs Moonlight at 128 BPM in G major, with that hybrid of house warmth and techno drive that defines the current wave.
