The detail that organises Mission Underground appears at the start: Paul Oakenfold’s “Continuous DJ Mix” runs for 56:04 at 130 BPM in A minor. It is more than a prologue; it establishes a continuous frame before the listing moves into its extended versions. From there, “ResuRection”, with Argy and Planet Perfecto Knights, reaches 142 BPM in D major; “Southern Sun (Will Atkinson Extended Remix)” rises to 144 BPM in E minor; and “1998”, credited to Binary Finary, Paul Oakenfold and Marie Vaunt, reaches 145 BPM in A minor. The opening curve does not disguise itself as nostalgia: it uses recognisable titles and new credits to bring speed, key and duration into one direction.
