That's half an hour of chainable set time, long blends and zero tonal friction, before you decide where to steer next.
For openers, the 122-124 block brings proper runway: DHF's 'Find The Light' stretches its 6:33 at 122 BPM in E minor, while DAN:ROS's 'Starlight' and FDF (Italy)'s 'So High' keep the room warm without burning it. The heavyweight name in that stretch is Joeski: born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, the veteran has been working New York floors since the nineties — Limelight, Tunnel — and founded Maya Records in 2001 with 'Hustler's Revenge'; his 'Abre Tus Ojos' with SAMA works as the hinge between warm-up and the central groove.
Peak time lives upstairs: 'Gaslight District' (132), 'In The Dance' (135), 'Basic Shapes' (137) and 'Party People' at 140 crown the climb. 'Get You High' by Drax Nelson and Twiddle, 132 in Ab major, bridges the ascent without a jolt; watch 'In The Dance' though — at 2:32 it's quick ammunition, not a transition tool.
Two pieces ask for separate handling. Marc Cotterell's 'Feeding The Soul', 8:30 at 125 in G major, is the most generous tool in the crate: Cotterell, a Brit based in the States and owner of Plastik People Recordings, has been playing vinyl since 1993, and that garage-house craft shows in the track's patience. And 'Minute By Minute' in its Trevor Vichas Deep Dark Mix drops to 90 BPM, the only move off the map: use it to close the night or split it in two. If you'd rather land than cut, 'Get Up' by Max Fishler and CONGNITO brings the tempo back to 122 for the final stretch. Twenty-five cuts, one real gradient; the rest is smooth road for mixing.
