Jackin' Beats series reaches its fifteenth instalment with a 25-track selection that reaffirms why jackin' house remains one of the most visceral forces in the European underground. With BPMs ranging from 122 to 131, the compilation offers a coherent and well-calibrated journey through the best the current scene has to offer.
The volume opens with Stanny Abram, one of the most consistent names in contemporary jackin', delivering two tracks: the opener «Seabreeze Shuffle», built on syncopated bass loops and breathing percussion, and the more introspective «In The Shadow». In between, Kenny Bizzarro rolls out the meaty funk of «Take All», while Soneec commits to a nearly seven-minute instrumental that proves a well-crafted groove needs nothing more than a round bass and a precise hi-hat.
The energy peak comes courtesy of Midnight City with «Body Mover» at 131 BPM, shamelessly drawing from Chicago's roots, closely followed by Vecna and «Funky Groove» at 130.
